Acceptance of Terms of Sale
Your access to and use of Sound of Freedom (“Sound of Freedom” or “we” or “us”) is subject exclusively to these Terms of Sale. You will not use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Sale. By accessing or using any of our services, you are entering into a binding agreement with Sound of Freedom. and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms of Sale, do not make a purchase using our services.
Sound of Freedom may change these Terms of Sale at any time by updating this page. We recommend you to review the Terms of Sale whenever you use our website, services, or interact with us.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the terms, conditions and policies applicable to using our services. By making a purchase on or through our services, you agree to the Terms of Sale and Terms and Conditions linked above.
Sound of Freedom does not sell internationally. Even though product is only shipped within the United States, some items we sell are regulated by ITAR. The buyer assumes all responsibility for adhering to ITAR regulations during and after purchase.
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel/reject all or any part of an order, impose quantity limits on any order, and/or to discontinue products without notice – even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the checkout pages.
A product appearing on the site does not guarantee that product’s stock or availability. We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible but unfortunately an item may get oversold. If we can secure that item in a timely manner we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available timely we will refund your order immediately. Please note, each bank is different as to how quickly your bank applies the funds back to your account. The refund could take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to show on your account.
We do our best to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on our site. However, we do not represent or warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing, or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on our site, in an order communication, or in processing/fulfilling an order, we reserve the right to correct such error(s) and revise your order accordingly (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of an error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, reloading supplies, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
Sound of Freedom reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
If the item has not shipped, please contact our store directly at 417-485-4867 and request to cancel the order. If the order has been charged to your card, we will refund back to the applicable credit card used. If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be canceled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense.
All cancellations are final.
All sales of ammunition and reloading components are final. Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED.
Orders shipped to a FFL are FINAL ONCE TRANSFERRED. When a firearm is shipped to the FFL, please inspect the firearm thoroughly before completing any transfer paperwork. Once transferred, Sound of Freedom will not accept a return or exchange. If a defect is discovered by the customer after transfer, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.
Sound of Freedom charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the original shipping costs for any final orders canceled via debit or credit card chargeback after shipment to the FFL. By placing an online order with Sound of Freedom, the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is canceled via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment to the FFL. CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO Sound of Freedom CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.
Sound of Freedom reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Sound of Freedom reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
All returns must be coordinated with Sound of Freedom. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as we cannot receive the return without this. When exchanging an item, the new item will not be shipped until the old item is received.
ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL).
Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that Sound of Freedom does not necessarily have the FFL you wish to use on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Sound of Freedom. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
Sound of Freedom complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products. The following is a list of restrictions that will include, in some cases policies set forth by Sound of Freedom.
California: Handguns must be on California DOJ Approved List.
Connecticut: No Semi-Auto Rifles
District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.): No firearm shipments.
Illinois: Residents if Illinois must send us a copy of their valid FOID card. No shipments to Cook County
Massachusetts: No sales.
Maryland: Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List.
New Jersey: Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted We must have valid Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card on file.
New York: No guns sales to New York City.
Alaska: No ammunition shipments.
California: No ammunition sales.
Connecticut: Must be 21 years old or older. he buyer must hold at least one of the following which is valid and non-expired: valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; valid long gun eligibility certificate issued under CT law; or valid ammunition certificate issued under CT law.
A valid, non-expired driver’s license, passport, or other government issued ID is also required. Please note, military IDs are not permissible because of laws that will not allow copies of such IDs to be made.
District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.): No ammunition shipments
Hawaii: No ammunition shipments
Illinois: Residents if Illinois must send us a copy of their valid FOID card. No shipments to Cook County.
Massachusetts: No sales.
New York: Ammo shipments must go to an FFL dealer or registered Seller of Ammunition. A copy of the FFL / SoA must be sent to us or already be on file.
California: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds.
Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds.
District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.): No magazines over 10 rounds.
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Illinois: Residents of Illinois must send us a copy of their valid FOID card. No shipments to Cook County.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Massachusetts: No sales.
New Jersey: No magazines over 15 rounds. We must have valid Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card on file.
New York: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Vermont: No rifle magazines over 10 rounds. No handgun magazines over 15 rounds.
Alaska: No primer or powder shipments.
Connecticut: No sale of gun parts.
Hawaii: No primer or powder shipments.
Illinois: No sale of gun parts to Cook County residents.
Massachusetts: No reloading components.
Customers may opt to pick up their order at our Ozark, MO location during normal business hours. Customers will be contacted once the in-store pickup is available. A valid photo ID will be required to pick up merchandise. Customers who wish to pick up stripped lower receivers or handguns must be at least 21 years old and be a current resident of Missouri with a valid Missouri driver’s license or state approved ID with their current address reflected. Long guns may be picked up by non-residents, provided they do so in person and the transaction is legal in both the transferee and transferor’s state.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sound of Freedom. be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor shall the aggregate liability of Sound of Freedom., regardless of the form of action whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or strict liability arising out of or relating to these terms of sale or the purchase or use of any products purchased through the site exceed the purchase price of the product or service.
If any provision or part of a provision of these terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
